VibeCore Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of VibeCore. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use VibeCore. If you use the app on behalf of someone else or an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

VibeCore is a mobile app offering educational and informational content, personal preferences, progress tracking, and optional Pro features. Features may evolve as the product is improved.

VibeCore's content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You remain responsible for how you use the information and for decisions you make based on it.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not share access in a way that compromises the service or another person's information.

You may not use VibeCore to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• harass, harm, deceive, or impersonate another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the app's operation or security;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where the law allows it; or
• use the app in a way that unreasonably burdens or disrupts the service for others.

VibeCore may offer both free features and paid Pro access. The features and price shown when you subscribe are the offer that applies to that purchase. VibeCore uses RevenueCat infrastructure to help verify subscriptions and provide the correct entitlements, while purchases are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Unless the relevant store offer says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal timing, billing, price changes, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the rules of the store where you made the purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account. Refund requests must be made through the applicable store when its rules require that process.

Deleting your VibeCore account does not itself cancel an active store subscription and does not guarantee removal of a subscription or purchase from Apple's or Google's store history. Those records are controlled by the relevant platform.

VibeCore, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and original content, is owned by Kristiyan Borisov or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of VibeCore or its content to you.

We work to keep VibeCore available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or other operational reasons. Features may be added, changed, or removed. When a change materially affects paid access, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it and respect rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect VibeCore or its users, respond to unlawful conduct, address a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or comply with a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using VibeCore at any time and can request account deletion in the app. Account deletion is handled as described in the VibeCore Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for separately cancelling any active subscription through the store where it was purchased.

VibeCore is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable care is taken in building and operating the app, we do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, or free from errors, or that the service will meet every individual need. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kristiyan Borisov is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms or that result from circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

These terms may be updated as VibeCore changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will provide an appropriate notice in the app or through another reasonable channel. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
