VibeCore Privacy Policy
How VibeCore handles account, app, subscription, analytics, and diagnostic information—and the choices available to you.
Effective September 5, 2026
What VibeCore is
VibeCore is a mobile app that provides educational and informational content, progress tracking, personal preferences, and optional Pro features. This policy describes how information is handled when you create an account and use VibeCore.
Information we process
VibeCore processes only the information needed to provide and improve the app:
- Account and authentication data. Supabase handles authentication and related account information, such as your email address, account identifier, and authentication session data. VibeCore does not separately store your password beyond the authentication provider's normal handling.
- Profile, preferences, and progress. This includes the profile details you provide, your app settings and preferences, and information used to save and show your progress.
- Subscription information. RevenueCat helps VibeCore determine whether you have access to Pro features. It processes customer and transaction identifiers, product and entitlement information, and subscription status. Payments and payment credentials are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by VibeCore.
- Product analytics, if you consent. When analytics consent is enabled, PostHog receives app usage events and associated technical context so we can understand how the product is used and improve it. Product analytics is not sent to PostHog when you have not granted this consent.
- Crash diagnostics, if you consent. When diagnostics consent is enabled, Sentry receives error and crash details and related app and device context so we can investigate reliability problems. Diagnostics is not sent to Sentry when you have not granted this consent.
How information is used
We use the information described above to:
- create and secure your account;
- provide app features, save preferences, and maintain your progress;
- confirm and restore access to subscription features;
- protect VibeCore and its users from misuse; and
- understand product usage and diagnose crashes only where you have enabled the relevant consent setting.
VibeCore does not sell your personal data.
Analytics and diagnostics choices
VibeCore provides separate in-app consent controls for product analytics and crash diagnostics. You can review or change those choices in the app. Turning a setting off stops new optional data from being sent through that service; it does not automatically remove information that was processed before the setting changed.
Service providers
VibeCore relies on the following service providers for specific functions:
- Supabase — authentication, account data, and app data storage;
- RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlement management;
- PostHog — consent-based product analytics; and
- Sentry — consent-based crash and error diagnostics.
These providers process information on VibeCore's behalf or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy notices. Apple and Google separately process purchases made through their stores under their own policies.
International processing
The providers supporting VibeCore may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy protections can differ between countries. Where required, the relevant provider and VibeCore use the transfer arrangements available under applicable law.
Data retention
Account, profile, preference, and progress data is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide VibeCore. Information may be retained for longer where reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or reliable backup processes. Optional analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to the applicable service configuration and operational need. We do not state a single fixed period because it varies by the type of information and why it is held.
Account deletion
You can request deletion from within VibeCore. Account deletion removes VibeCore-owned account, profile, preference, and progress data, subject to limited information that may need to remain for security, legal, or backup purposes.
Deleting your VibeCore account or associated RevenueCat customer data does not erase purchase or subscription history maintained by Apple or Google. Store records are controlled by the relevant platform and remain subject to its policies. You should also manage or cancel any active subscription through the relevant store.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, or to object or withdraw consent. You can use the in-app controls described above or contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some rights can be limited by applicable law.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as VibeCore changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide an appropriate notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
